The products of FunCrush include but are not limited to: FunCrush and the corresponding mobile apps on the above websites. "User" refers to the user who uses the services related to FunCrush products, and is more referred to as "you" in this agreement.
2.ACCOUNT AND SECURITY
2.1 You may need to register for a FunCrush account when using the services of FunCrush. FunCrush specially reminds you to keep your account number and password properly. When you are finished using it, you should exit safely. Because your improper storage may result in theft of your password or theft of your password, you are responsible for it. FunCrush will not be liable for any account security, privacy protection and other issues that are not caused by FunCrush unilateral reasons and the losses caused by all parties.
2.2 FunCrush prohibits users from privately transferring paid or unpaid accounts to avoid disputes due to account problems. Users should bear any losses caused by violation of this requirement. At the same time, FunCrush reserves the right to pursue the legal responsibility of the above actors.
3.PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTION AND PRIVACY PROTECTION
3.1 Respecting the privacy of users is a basic policy of FunCrush. FunCrush will not disclose, modify or disclose the user's registered information and non-public content stored in FunCrush services unless FunCrush believes that the disclosure of such information is necessary in the following situations:

4.USE THIS SERVICE
4.1. Unless you agree otherwise with FunCrush, you agree that this service is for your personal non-commercial use only.
4.2. You should use this service by means provided or approved by FunCrush. Your rights under the terms of this agreement are not transferable.
4.3. You must not use plug-ins, plug-ins, or third-party tools that are not authorized by FunCrush to interfere, destroy, modify, or otherwise affect the services under this agreement.
4.4. Right reserved: All other rights not expressly authorized still belong to FunCrush. You must obtain FunCrush’s written consent when using other rights.
4.5. Violation of the above agreement is regarded as your serious breach of contract. FunCrush can suspend services to you, terminate the service agreement and legal relationship between the two parties, and there is no need to refund the fees paid by you. If the liquidated damages are insufficient to cover the loss of FunCrush, FunCrush can also recover from you through other legal channels.
4.6. You understand and agree that the services of FunCrush are provided in accordance with the current status achievable by existing technologies and conditions. FunCrush will do its best to provide you with services to ensure the continuity and security of the service; but FunCrush cannot always anticipate and prevent legal, technical and other risks, including but not limited to force majeure, viruses, Trojan horses, hacker attacks, system failure Stability, third-party service defects, government actions and other reasons may lead to service interruption, data loss and other losses and risks.
5.EQUIPMENT GUARANTEE
During the use of FunCrush, users need to bring their own equipment for use. During the use, the flow and equipment costs incurred by the user shall be borne by the user;
6.ADVERTISEMENTS
FunCrush can send advertisements, promotion and other information to users on its own or by third-party advertisers in the process of providing services, and perform relevant obligations to advertisers in accordance with the law. The user is required to judge the authenticity of the advertisement and is responsible for your use and acceptance of third-party services or products (including but not limited to: checking, payment, consumption, etc.).
7.PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES
When users of FunCrush products use products or services provided by third parties, in addition to stipulating this agreement, they should also abide by the third-party user agreement. FunCrush and third parties are individually responsible for possible disputes within the scope of legal provisions and agreements.
8.SOFTWARE DOWNLOAD AND UPDATE
In the process of using this service, you may need to download software. Users can only use this software for the purpose of accessing or using this service. During use, in order to improve the user experience, ensure the security of the service and the consistency of product functions, FunCrush may update the software. Users should update the relevant software to the latest version; otherwise FunCrush does not guarantee its normal use.
9.ILLEGAL ACTS
Users shall abide by laws and regulations when using the service, and shall not use the service to commit illegal acts, including but not limited to:
9.1 publishing, transmitting, disseminating and storing contents that endanger national security and unity, undermine social stability, violate public order and customs, insult, slander, obscenity, violence and any violation of national laws and regulations;
9.2 publishing, transmitting, disseminating and storing content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights and trade secrets of others;
9.3 maliciously fabricating facts or concealing the truth in order to mislead and deceive others;
9.4 publishing, transmitting and disseminating advertising information and junk information;
9.5 Other acts prohibited by laws and regulations or normative documents. In case of violation of this article, the relevant national authorities or institutions may file a lawsuit, fine or take other sanctions against you, and ask FunCrush for assistance. In case of damage, you shall make compensation according to law, and FunCrush shall not bear any responsibility. At the same time, FunCrush can suspend your service, terminate the service agreement and legal relationship between the two parties.
10.LEGAL SUPERVISION
10.1. If the user and FunCrush agree that the dispute arising from this Agreement and the use of FunCrush services cannot be negotiated, it shall be settled by the people's court in the place where FunCrush is located. If there are any terms of service that conflict with the law, these terms will be re-interpreted in the way as close as possible, while other terms will remain valid and have an impact on users.
10.2. Users should avoid involving FunCrush in political and public events due to the use of the service, otherwise FunCrush has the right to suspend or terminate the service to you.
10.3. If you violate this agreement, it will be deemed as your serious breach of contract. FunCrush can suspend your service, terminate the service agreement and legal relationship between the two parties.
11.COMMERCIAL PROHIBITION
11.1 Users' rights to use FunCrush services are personal. Users can only be a single individual and not a commercial organization of a company or entity. Users promise not to use FunCrush services for sales or other commercial purposes without the consent of FunCrush. If the user sends or disseminates content (including but not limited to web pages, text, pictures, audio, video, charts, etc.) through the service, you shall be responsible for it.
11.2 If FunCrush receives a notice from the obligee claiming that the content you send or disseminate violates its relevant rights, you agree that FunCrush has the right to make independent judgment and take measures such as deleting, blocking or disconnecting links.
12.EXCEPTIONS
12.1. In the process of using the service, there may be force majeure and other risk factors that may cause the service to be interrupted. Force majeure refers to unforeseeable, insurmountable and unavoidable objective events that have a significant impact on one or both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, epidemics and storms, as well as social events such as wars, riots, government actions, etc. In case of any of the above situations, FunCrush will try to cooperate with relevant units in the first time and repair in time, but FunCrush will be exempted from liability to the extent permitted by law for the losses caused to you.
12.2. To the extent permitted by law, FunCrush shall not be liable for service interruption or disruption caused by:
12.2.1 Users themselves are damaged by computer viruses, Trojans or other malicious programs and hackers;
12.2.2 The user's computer software, system, hardware and communication lines are in failure;
12.2.3 Improper operation of users;
12.2.4 Users use the service in a way that is not authorized by FunCrush.
12.3. In the process of using the service, users may encounter risks brought by network information or other user behaviors. FunCrush shall not be liable for the authenticity, applicability and legality of any information, nor for the damage caused to you by infringement. These risks include but are not limited to:
12.3.1 Information containing threatening, defamatory, offensive or illegal content from others anonymous or pseudonymous;
12.3.2 Suffer any psychological and physical injury and economic loss caused or possible to be caused by others' misleading, cheating or other reasons due to the use of the services under this Agreement;
12.3.3 Other risks caused by network information or user behavior.
12.4. This service is not designed for specific purposes, including but not limited to nuclear facilities, military applications, medical facilities, transportation and communication and other important fields. FunCrush shall not be liable for any personal injury, property loss or environmental damage caused by the failure of the above operations due to the software or services.
12.5. FunCrush is entitled to take measures to deal with illegal and infringing contents according to this Agreement. This right does not constitute FunCrush obligation or commitment. FunCrush cannot guarantee to discover illegal and infringing behaviors in time or deal with them accordingly. If any corresponding problem is found, FunCrush has the right to submit it to the relevant government departments for handling, or both parties to the dispute over the infringement shall negotiate on their own, and FunCrush has no obligation to directly intervene in or handle the relevant problem.
13. Other Services
13.1. Removing your Content
We reserve the right to disable your Content at any time, including if you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms, or if activities occur on your account which, in our sole discretion, would or might cause damage to or impair the Services or infringe or violate any third-party rights, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
13.2. Suspending or terminating your access to FunCrush Service
We reserve the right to disable your account at any time, including if you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms, or if activities occur on your account which, in our sole discretion, would or might cause damage to or impair the Services or infringe or violate any third-party rights, or violate any applicable laws or regulations. Your account name and other identifiers you adopt within FunCrush remains our property and we can disable, reclaim and reuse these once your account is terminated or deactivated for whatever reason by either you or us.
13.3. Rewards
Users can paly game and complete various tasks in FunCrush to obtain coins. FunCrush will adjust the number of coins users get according to the platform operation. Users who interact with ads in FunCrush cannot receive coin rewards (except for incentive videos).
For Android users: Gold coins can be exchanged for gifts
For iOS users: gold coins can be exchanged for resurrection items
13.4.Violation treatment
13.4.1 If the FunCrush Platform discovers or receives reports from others or complains that the user violates this agreement, the FunCrush Platform reserves the right to delete or block the relevant content at any time without notice, and to include, but not limited to, warnings against the offending account according to the behavior. Restrict or prohibit the use of some or all of the functions, account bans until cancellation, and announce the results.
13.4.2 You understand and agree that the FunCrush Platform has the right to impose penalties for violations of relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this Agreement in accordance with reasonable judgment, to take appropriate legal action against any user who violates the law, and to save relevant information in accordance with laws and regulations. For departmental reports, etc., the user shall bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom.
13.4.3 You understand and agree that you shall be solely responsible for any claims, claims or losses claimed by or in connection with your breach of this Agreement or the relevant Terms of Service; if the FunCrush Platform suffers losses, you shall also Compensation together.
13.4.4 You understand and agree that common reasons of FunCrush account gets disabled for violating user agreements:
13.4.4.1 Take a deceptive or improper approach to obtain coins from inviting friends, check-in, join Wiz Quiz or completing any tasks;
13.4.4.2 Take technical approach, or use third-party applications outside the platform to obtain coins;
13.4.4.3 Individuals or teams for the purpose of obtaining coins only, organized, planned, using online media such as groups and telegram outside the platform, to post comments, to vote rewarding tasks or similar behaviors to obtain coins;
13.4.4.4 Mention your invitation code in the reviews of app stores such as Google play to earn coins;
13.4.5 You understand and agree that the status of the FunCrush account is as follows:
13.4.5.1 The account is normal: all functions can be used normally.
13.4.5.2 Account restricted: This status is the result of automatic processing by the system. The system will analyze recent data performance and user behavior suspected of fraud, and disable some functions to restrict the use of the account. In this state, users can log in to the APP normally.
13.4.5.3 Account is disabled: This status is the result of automatic processing by the system. Based on user behavior and data analysis, the system will permanently close all functions for users with obviously fraudulent user behavior. In this state, users cannot log into the application and all functionality is disabled.
13.4.6 You understand and agree that a restricted or disabled FunCrush account has a limited number of appeal rights:
Account restrictions and account bans are the result of automatic processing by the system, and there is a possibility of mistaken closure during the processing process. Therefore, we give users the right to appeal, but users whose accounts are restricted or disabled must provide relevant and valid supporting materials to obtain manual review by our AFF team's anti-financial fraud department.

The appealing user must provide personal identification information: to provide the pictures of both side of ID card, front and back side. Please be sure to include on your ID card photo: for FunCrush account appeal only.
Relevance of the certification materials: The proof materials provided by the appealing user must fully prove the way the user uses the APP.
The validity of the proof materials: the proof materials provided by the appealing user must be extracted from the data analysis of the amount of abnormal coins.
Review period: 15 business days after the confirmation of the above related materials is valid; Review pass: The anti-fraud and financial fraud team will manually review the material information provided by the above appeal users. After the approval, the system will restore all the functions of the appealing user within 24 hours. If the review fails, the fraud user will not be able to resume the normal use of FunCrush's corresponding features, and the platform will no longer accept their appeal anymore.

14.TERMS OF USE FOR MINORS
14.1. If the user is under the age of 18, he / she is a minor and should read this Agreement and use the service under the supervision and guidance of his / her guardian.

14.2.2 When filling in personal data, strengthen the awareness of personal protection, so as to avoid the harassment of bad elements to personal life;
14.2.3 Under the guidance of a guardian or teacher, learn to use the network correctly;

14.3. Guardians and schools should give more guidance to minors when using this service. In particular, parents should be concerned about the growth of their children, pay attention to the communication with their children, guide their children to pay attention to the safety issues in the Internet, and take precautions in advance. If parents (guardians) want minors (especially children under the age of 10) to use the services provided by FunCrush, they must apply for registration in the name of parents (guardians), and judge whether the services are in conformity with the minors by legal guardian status.
